Course Introduction

This training programme is designed to ensure the safety representatives in your organisation not only understand the legal requirements of health and safety but also their own role and responsibilities and what is expected of them. It looks at how they can accomplish theses expectations and help provide a safer working environment with a vital conduit between management and the shop floor.

The course can be tailored specifically for your own business and sector and can be set up to provide ongoing on-site support for your new safety representatives for up to 3 months. It is spread over two or three days, depending upon the numbers attending and the setup of the programme. The programme is interactive and has a mix of both practical work and the theoretical learning required with such a crucial training course.
