Course Introduction

Staff involved in the various forms of employment will often find themselves in the firing line when something goes wrong. This may include those working in an office environment or in service and maintenance with gas, electricity or water, or they may carry out more general work based tasks, working both in the grounds and within your buildings. Whatever their role, these individuals will often be working in high-risk areas or on high-risk equipment and they could very well find themselves working on their own.
