Safety Management (UK) Ltd aims to provide quality services, training programmes and materials to its customers on time and within budget. The organisation operates an internal Quality Management System (QMS).
Management Commitment to Quality
Safety Management (UK) management is committed to:
- Developing and improving the QMS
- Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
- Communicating throughout the organisation the importance of meeting customer needs and all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Establishing the quality policy and its objectives.
- Ensuring that the management reviews set and review the quality objectives
- Internal audit results as a means of monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the QMS
- Ensuring the availability of resources to maintain and improve QMS
Defining the Quality Policy
The structure of the QMS is defined in the company's Quality Manual.
In summary:
- All personnel understand the requirements of the quality policy and abide by the requirements outlined in the Quality Manual.
- Safety Management (UK) complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Safety Management (UK) constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
- This policy will be reviewed annually by the senior management of Safety Management (UK), and where deemed necessary will be amended and re-issued.
- This policy statement is displayed on Safety Management (UK) premises. It is publicly available through our website, reception areas or as may be reasonably requested by any interested party.
