Project Administrator

Full time, permanent. Based at our head office.
Salary: £14,500 per annum
Holidays:
31 including Bank Holidays, (this includes mandatory 3 day Christmas closure)
Pension: No company pension is provided currently with this role

The role of a Projects Administrator is to provide our stakeholders, clients and staff support and communication to ensure the successful throughput of work we undertake.  The role itself requires the successful candidate to liaise with a range of clients and our fire risk assessors to ensure that fire risk assessments are programmed in and assessment completed and returned to clients within the specific parameters set with the clients.  This is a varied and exciting role which requires the successful candidate to be a first class manager of relationships at all levels of business.  You will be highly efficient and well organised.  You will report directly to the Operations Manager and be part of a small busy team.

Head of Operations

Full time, based at head office, Burton in Kendal (LA6 1NU)
£27,000 to £30,000 per annum
(depending upon experience and qualifications)

The role is required to run the operations department for a small but growing organisation that specialises in Fire Safety.  We are working towards being the largest provider of fire risk assessments in the UK by the end of 2012, and consequently require an Operations Manager that has the experience and capability to grow an operations department as the company grows.  Therefore experience and understanding are critical to anyone applying for this role.  The role requires a person who is capable of multi tasking, sometimes under pressure, to ensure the company produces the required results for our clients every time.
