Course Introduction
No matter how well trained and competent your managers are, in an emergency situation their results will at the very best be limited if the plans and procedures are ineffective. This course will provide your staff with the opportunity to be made aware of the key issues in planning for, and dealing with, emergencies.
Detailed examination of your plans is the only way to prove their worth. You are legally required to externally test your plans and we at Safety Management (UK) have the experience, skill and expertise to construct and facilitate on-site emergency exercises for your organisation.
Readiness will not be achieved without management commitment; a strategic thinking organisation must be dedicated to conserving its human resources, the product, business continuity and its property.

Feedback
Our needs are very specific so the sessions needed to be tailored and allow our employees to actually apply and discuss ideas. The feedback has been excellent and we will continue to work
with Safety Management (UK) Ltd (Viv Batchelor, Rhodia CS Chemicals)
The team involved enjoyed the approach and benefited from SMUK operational experience. They listen to the client and actually give us what we need rather than an off-the-shelf package (Andy Thomas, Great Lakes (UK) Chemicals)
