Course Introduction

We offer comprehensive media crisis management services, from media training through devising bespoke crisis management strategies for clients (generic or in response to a breaking crisis) to hands-on crisis management and spokesperson services on behalf of clients. We work with clients, their staff, stakeholders and legal teams to manage situations professionally and ethically.

Our advice is always to be prepared – anything can happen, from floods through accidents, arrests, false allegations or developments requiring product recalls – and in such situations everything must be geared towards acting correctly to uphold your organization's reputation with staff, stakeholders, the media and the general public.

A generic crisis management strategy should be seen as essential to an organization in the same way that fire drills and evacuation procedures are!
